Schedule

The following schedule provides an overview of the conference activities, dates and times. While the conference schedule is still being finalized, many social activities have been confirmed. See the social activities page for details.

May 18 (half-day)

  • Check in
  • Pre-conference dinner 5:30-7:00 pm
  • Welcome reception 7:30-10:00 pm
  • Optional walking or carriage tours, 9:00 pm

May 19 (full-day)

  • Breakfast
  • Keynote speaker
  • Conference sessions and workshops
  • AGM/lunch
  • Gala dinner 6:30-9:00 pm
  • After dinner soiree 9:00-11:30 pm

May 20 (half-day)

  • Breakfast with Keynote speaker
  • Student and employer panel
  • Conference sessions
  • Closing and door prizes
  • Optional afternoon activities: Harbour Ferry and Spinnakers Brewpub tours; whale watching; golf, Butchart Gardens excursion
